Every Kariong job is drawn, machined and installed by the one Gosford workshop, a short run down the highway. Work runs in a fixed order: a free on-site measure, a written itemised quote, a 3D layout signed off before anything is cut, then machining, then a single install day. On square, true walls the gain is not in scribing but in precision: full modular runs set out to the millimetre, consistent gaps down a row of drawer fronts, and an end panel that meets the cornice without a shadow line to hide behind. Sheets are cut, edged and drilled on the bench rather than ordered in as pre-sized modules, so an opening that measures 812mm is machined to 812mm instead of taking a 900mm module and filling the difference.
